Waspaloy Bars are made up of a blend of nickel (58%), chromium (19–21%), cobalt (12–13%), molybdenum (3.5–5%), and trace amounts of aluminum, titanium, and boron. These bars boast a tensile strength that exceeds 1000 MPa, along with excellent creep resistance and high fatigue strength, even at elevated temperatures. Waspaloy maintains its structural integrity in environments that reach up to 870°C (1600°F) and shows outstanding resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue. Thanks to its precipitation-hardening properties, we can tailor the heat treatment to achieve optimal hardness and strength for high-performance applications.
