Elvis Nickel Alloys provides dependable, corrosion-resistant piping systems that satisfy certain customer needs and international standards thanks to its robust distribution network, technical know-how, and customer-focused philosophy.
Titanium Grade 10 is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy that is mostly made of titanium (about 88–90%) with trace amounts of palladium, nickel, and molybdenum added to improve corrosion resistance. In environments with a lot of chloride, it provides exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The alloy has a yield strength of 480 MPa, a tensile strength of about 550–620 MPa, and an elongation of about 20%. Titanium Gr 10 pipes are lightweight and mechanically strong, making them perfect for harsh chemical and marine applications. They have a melting point of over 1,660°C and a hardness of 150–200 HB.

In industries where strength, resistance to corrosion, and dependability are essential, titanium grade 10 pipes are highly prized. They are employed in chemical processing facilities to deal with strong acids and chlorides. They are perfect for desalination and offshore systems because they are resistant to biofouling and saltwater corrosion in marine environments. Their high strength-to-weight ratio in fuel systems and hydraulic lines makes them ideal for aerospace applications. Their thermal stability is also essential for heat exchangers and power generation. Because of their biocompatibility, these pipes are used in the medical industry for surgical instruments and implantable devices. All things considered, Titanium Gr 10 Pipes perform exceptionally well in the most demanding conditions.
