Super Duplex Steel Wire generally consists of 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and 0.2–0.3% nitrogen, with iron as the primary metal and small amounts of manganese, copper, and silicon. This blend offers remarkable resistance to localized corrosion and environments rich in chlorides. In terms of mechanical properties, it delivers a yield strength of ≥550 MPa, tensile strength up to 800 MPa, and elongation of ≥25%. It retains high impact toughness even in sub-zero temperatures and resists stress corrosion, fatigue, and erosion, making it perfect for long-term use in challenging industrial conditions.
