S32760 Super Duplex Steel Stud Bolts are made up of about 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 3.5% molybdenum, 0.75% copper, and 0.2–0.3% nitrogen, with tungsten added for improved pitting resistance. These alloying components ensure a PREN (Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number) greater than 40. In terms of mechanical properties, these bolts can achieve a tensile strength of up to 800 MPa, a yield strength of at least 550 MPa, and excellent elongation of 25% or more. Their duplex (ferritic-austenitic) structure offers outstanding resistance to chloride stress corrosion, abrasion, and fatigue, making them suitable for high-stress and high-temperature applications.
