Super Duplex Steel S32760 Pipes are composed of 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–4.5% molybdenum, 0.2–0.3% nitrogen, and 0.5–1% copper, along with trace amounts of tungsten, manganese, and silicon. This alloy delivers impressive tensile strength up to 800 MPa and yield strength of at least 550 MPa, along with excellent impact resistance, even in freezing conditions. With a high PREN (>40), these pipes show outstanding resistance to localized corrosion in seawater and harsh chemicals. They maintain their structural integrity under high pressure, temperature, and mechanical stress, making them ideal for critical piping applications.
