Super Duplex Steel Pipes generally contain 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and 0.2–0.3% nitrogen, along with trace amounts of manganese, copper, and tungsten. These elements contribute to a high PREN (>40), ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. The pipes boast a tensile strength of up to 800 MPa, a yield strength of at least 550 MPa, and remarkable impact toughness, even in freezing temperatures. Their superior mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion make them ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications in chemically aggressive and chloride-rich environments.
