Super Duplex Steel Bolts consist of 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and 0.2–0.3% nitrogen, along with small amounts of manganese, copper, and tungsten. This specific composition results in a high PREN (>40), making them incredibly resistant to localized corrosion. These bolts can achieve tensile strength up to 800 MPa and yield strength of at least 550 MPa, along with excellent impact resistance, even in freezing temperatures.
