About 57% nickel, 20% chromium, and 18% cobalt make up Nimonic 90 Sheets and Plates, with titanium and aluminium added for reinforcement. Excellent mechanical qualities are provided by this precipitation-hardened alloy, which has a yield strength of about 650 MPa and a tensile strength of up to 1000 MPa. Up to 920°C, it maintains its strength and resistance to corrosion. Nimonic 90 is a dependable solution in settings where mechanical and thermal stability are crucial because of its strong creep and fatigue resistance, making it perfect for high-stress, high-heat applications.
