Nimonic 75 mainly consists of 80% nickel and 20% chromium, with small amounts of titanium and carbon for improved strength. The alloy provides a tensile strength of up to 750 MPa and a yield strength of about 350 MPa. It shows excellent creep resistance and oxidation resistance up to 1000°C. The material also offers good ductility and thermal stability under continuous heating conditions.
