Commercially pure wrought nickel alloy (about 99.6% Ni) with a low carbon content (maximum 0.02%) is used to make Nickel Alloy 201 Stud Bolts, which guards against embrittlement at high temperatures. With a tensile strength of approximately 380–585 MPa and good thermal conductivity, these fasteners demonstrate exceptional ductility and mechanical strength. They have remarkable corrosion resistance, especially in reducing environments and caustic alkali solutions. These stud bolts are perfect for high-purity, high-temperature fastening applications in chemically aggressive environments because nickel 201 retains its mechanical stability at temperatures as high as 1200°F (650°C).
