Nickel Alloy 200 Plates and Sheets are produced from commercially pure nickel (≥99.6%), which provides outstanding mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The alloy has very little carbon (≤0.15%), iron, and trace amounts of elements such as sulfur and copper. The alloy has a tensile strength of approximately 380 MPa, yield strength of 100 MPa, and elongation of about 45%. Nickel 200 has superior ductility and heat conductivity, even at high temperatures. Its high conductivity and low gas content qualify it for use in applications that demand purity, strength, and resistance to corrosive agents both in reducing and neutral environments.
