Nickel Alloy 200 Pipe Fittings consist of commercially pure nickel (≥99.6%) with extremely low carbon (≤0.15%), along with trace levels of elements such as iron, copper, and manganese. The above composition provides superior resistance to corrosive chemicals and high-temperature conditions. The tensile strength of the alloy is about 380 MPa, yield strength is about 100 MPa, and elongation is about 45%. It shows superior ductility, thermal conductivity, and magnetic properties. Nickel 200‘s purity also enables it to function reliably in caustic alkalis and reducing chemicals‘ conditions without embrittlement or structural deterioration.
