Nickel Alloy 200 Flanges consist of commercially pure nickel (≥99.6%), low carbon content (≤0.15%), and traces of iron, manganese, copper, and silicon. It offers superior resistance to reducing chemicals and caustic alkalis. Its tensile strength is approximately 380 MPa, yield strength is 100 MPa, and elongation is about 45%, demonstrating superior toughness and ductility. Nickel 200 flanges also have outstanding thermal and electrical conductivity, low magnetic permeability, and are suited for high-performance usage in corrosive and high-temperature conditions.
