Nickel Alloy 200 Fasteners consist of commercial nickel (minimum 99.6%) with low carbon content (≤0.15%) and small amounts of iron, copper, and manganese. The tensile strength of the alloy is around 380 MPa, yield strength is 100 MPa, and elongation is 45%, with very good ductility and toughness.
