At least 99.5% of Nickel Alloy 200 Coil is nickel, with trace amounts of silicon, iron, copper, and manganese. It has exceptional corrosion resistance in caustic and reducing environments due to its composition. The alloy is extremely ductile and formable, with a tensile strength of about 462 MPa, a yield strength of 148 MPa, and an elongation of up to 45%. Additionally, Nickel 200 has exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity. Its low carbon content improves embrittlement resistance, guaranteeing reliable mechanical performance in the face of corrosive exposure and high temperatures.
