Nickel Alloy 200 Bars are made of commercially pure nickel (≥99.6%) with extremely low carbon levels (≤0.15%) and trace amounts of iron, copper, manganese, and silicon. This makes the alloy more resistant to alkalis and reducing agents. The bars have great mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of about 380 MPa, yield strength of 100 MPa, and elongation of about 45%. Nickel 200 also exhibits excellent ductility, thermal conductivity, and electrical conductivity, as well as minimal magnetic permeability, ideal for structural and functional uses in harsh industrial applications.
