Based in Houston, USA, Elvis Nickel Alloys is a top producer and supplier of Monel Coils, providing premium nickel-copper alloy coils for demanding industrial applications. Our Monel coils, which come in grades 400 and K500, are renowned for their remarkable resistance to chemical exposure, corrosion, and seawater. These coils are made to be strong, workable, and long-lasting, making them appropriate for demanding settings in the chemical, oil and gas, power generation, and marine industries. Elvis Nickel Alloys provides Monel coils that satisfy the strictest project and industry requirements while maintaining a dedication to quality, prompt delivery, and customised dimensions.
Monel 400 or Monel K500 alloys, which contain trace amounts of iron, manganese, silicon, and carbon, and roughly 63% nickel and 28–34% copper, are used to make Monel coils. Titanium and aluminium have been added to Monel K500 to facilitate precipitation hardening. While Monel K500 has a yield strength of about 690 MPa and a tensile strength of 960–1100 MPa, Monel 400 has a tensile strength of 480–620 MPa. Both grades have good thermal conductivity, high ductility, and outstanding corrosion resistance. These coils provide strong mechanical integrity for high-stress and fabrication applications while operating dependably in corrosive and extremely hot conditions.

Industries needing long-lasting and corrosion-resistant metal solutions frequently use Monel coils. They are perfect for seawater piping systems, condenser tubing, and heat exchangers in the maritime industry. Because of their resistance to strong acids and alkalis, they are utilised in the chemical industry for tank fabrication, processing equipment, and reactor linings. Flexible piping, gaskets and tubing are used in sour gas and offshore oil and gas settings. Monel coils are used in the power generation and aerospace industries for high-temperature and thermal shielding applications. They are appropriate for precision-engineered and structural components due to their strength and formability.
