Elvis Nickel Alloys stands out as a premier manufacturer and supplier of Maraging 250, 300, and 350 Sheets and Plates, proudly based in Houston, USA. We specialize in providing ultra-high-strength steel products tailored for the aerospace, defense, and tooling sectors. Maraging steels are celebrated for their remarkable toughness, minimal distortion during heat treatment, and impressive yield strength. Our sheets and plates are meticulously engineered and age-hardened to meet stringent performance standards. With a commitment to consistency, durability, and precise dimensions, Elvis Nickel Alloys delivers Maraging steel in various grades, catering to structural, mechanical, and high-performance needs across demanding industries worldwide.
Maraging steels (250, 300, and 350) are low-carbon iron-nickel alloys that are rich in nickel (18–19%), cobalt (8–12%), molybdenum (3–5%), along with small amounts of titanium and aluminum. These alloys are designed to be age-hardenable, offering outstanding yield strength that ranges from 1700 MPa for Maraging 250 to an impressive 2400 MPa for Maraging 350. They also boast excellent toughness and resistance to fractures. Thanks to their low carbon content, they provide superior weldability and minimal thermal distortion during treatment. These sheets and plates maintain mechanical stability even at high temperatures, making them perfect for critical, high-load applications that demand both strength and precision.
