Jethete M152 is a unique alloyed martensitic stainless steel, featuring around 12% chromium, 2% molybdenum, 0.2% vanadium, and 0.7–1.1% nickel, with a carbon content of about 0.13%. This alloy boasts impressive tensile strength, fatigue resistance, and creep strength at high temperatures. With the right heat treatment, Jethete M152 square bars achieve remarkable hardness and toughness while still offering moderate corrosion resistance. Typical mechanical properties include tensile strength exceeding 1000 MPa, good ductility, and exceptional stability at temperatures reaching up to 560°C, making them perfect for precision aerospace and high-temperature applications.
