Jethete M152 is a martensitic stainless steel alloy that contains around 12% chromium, 2% molybdenum, 0.2% vanadium, and about 1% nickel, with a controlled carbon content of approximately 0.13%. This unique blend gives it outstanding tensile strength (typically over 1000 MPa), excellent creep resistance, and thermal fatigue resistance. After proper heat treatment, Jethete M152 round bars exhibit high hardness and impact strength, maintaining their mechanical integrity even at elevated temperatures (up to around 560°C). Additionally, the alloy boasts good oxidation resistance, making it a great choice for critical applications where thermal stress and fatigue performance are essential.
