Based in Houston, Texas, Elvis Nickel Alloys is a leading producer and supplier of premium Inconel bars. Our Inconel bars are made with advanced metallurgy to meet strict industry standards and are renowned for their remarkable strength and resistance to corrosion. We provide a large selection of sizes and grades designed for demanding applications in the power generation, chemical processing, marine, and aerospace industries. With a dedication to accuracy, robustness, and prompt delivery, Elvis Nickel Alloys guarantees that our Inconel bars perform exceptionally well in harsh conditions, meeting vital engineering and manufacturing demands all over the world.
Nickel (up to 72%), chromium (14–17%), and iron make up the majority of Inconel bars, with cobalt, molybdenum, and other elements added. At elevated temperatures, this nickel-chromium superalloy demonstrates exceptional resistance to oxidation and corrosion. It has exceptional toughness and fatigue resistance, as well as tensile strengths between 860 and 1,310 MPa and superior yield strength. Inconel bars are appropriate for components exposed to high temperatures, high pressures, and corrosive environments because they retain their mechanical qualities under thermal stress, preventing deformation and cracking.

Inconel bars are widely used in applications requiring high strength, corrosion resistance and performance at extreme temperatures. In the aerospace industry, they are used in aircraft engines, gas turbines and exhaust systems because of their resistance to high temperatures and pressures. Inconel pads are essential for reactors, heat exchangers and piping systems that handle corrosive materials in the chemical industry. It is also used in the production of electricity for steam generators, turbine blades and nuclear reactors. In addition, Inconel bars are used in marine applications and oil and gas exploration, where resistance to seawater, acid gas and extreme conditions is important.
