Inconel 925 bars are primarily made up of nickel (42–46%), along with iron, chromium (~20%), molybdenum (~2.5%), copper, and aluminum. This composition provides outstanding tensile strength (~827 MPa) and stress-corrosion resistance, especially in sour gas environments. Inconel 926, which contains nickel (~24%), chromium (~19.5%), molybdenum (~6.5%), and nitrogen, is specifically designed to resist chloride-induced corrosion and oxidation.
