With its headquarters located in Houston, USA, Elvis Nickel Alloys is a well-known producer and supplier of premium-grade Inconel 718 fasteners that are made to withstand the harshest conditions. The business produces fasteners that satisfy exacting industrial requirements thanks to its sophisticated production capabilities and in-depth knowledge of nickel-based alloys. To guarantee exceptional strength, resistance to corrosion, and tolerance to temperature, every product is put through a rigorous testing and quality assurance process. Serving sectors such as aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, and marine, Elvis Nickel Alloys is recognized for reliability, precision engineering, and timely delivery, making them a trusted partner in high-performance fastening solutions.
A high-strength nickel-chromium alloy comprising roughly 50–55% nickel, 17–21% chromium, 4.75–5.5% niobium, 2.8–3.3% molybdenum, and trace amounts of titanium, aluminium, and iron is used to make Inconel 718 fasteners. They have outstanding mechanical qualities, such as yield strength of about 1,100 MPa and tensile strength of up to 1,400 MPa. Even at 700°C, Inconel 718 retains its high strength and durability. The alloy’s resistance to fatigue and stress is improved by its precipitation hardening properties. Additionally, it provides exceptional resistance to pitting, oxidation, and corrosion caused by chloride, which makes it perfect for crucial fastening in demanding, hot conditions.
