For corrosion-resistant solutions for high-temperature and high-stress industrial applications, Elvis Nickel Alloys is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Inconel 690 Sheet and Plates in Houston, USA. Our Inconel 690 plates and sheets are renowned for their great thermal stability and remarkable resistance to oxidising agents. These products come in a range of thicknesses, widths, and custom dimensions and are manufactured in accordance with ASTM, ASME, and other international standards. Elvis Nickel Alloys provides unparalleled quality, accuracy, and quick delivery that is customised to your project’s needs. It serves a variety of industries, including nuclear power, chemical processing, and the marine sector.
Nickel (at least 58%), chromium (27–31%), and iron (7–11%) make up Inconel 690 Sheets and Plates, with trace amounts of silicon, carbon, and manganese. Excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and corrosion in acidic and aqueous environments is provided by this nickel-based alloy with a high chromium content. At temperatures as high as 1,000°C (1,832°F), these sheets and plates offer outstanding creep resistance, tensile strength of approximately 414–690 MPa, and thermal stability. Inconel 690 is perfect for demanding service environments involving heat, chemicals, and pressure because it retains its structural integrity under both oxidising and reducing conditions.
