Based in Houston, USA, Elvis Nickel Alloys is a top producer and supplier of Inconel 617 Tubing, providing premium tubing solutions for industries that operate in harshly corrosive and hot environments. Inconel 617 tubing is well-known for its exceptional strength and resistance to oxidation at elevated temperatures, making it perfect for use in the petrochemical, aerospace, and power generation industries. Our tubes come in a range of sizes, wall thicknesses, and custom specifications and are produced in accordance with strict international standards. Elvis Nickel Alloys offers dependable solutions that are suited to urgent operational requirements with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and prompt delivery.
Nickel (44.5–60%) makes up the majority of Inconel 617 Tubing, with significant additions of chromium (20–24%), cobalt (10–15%), and molybdenum (8–10%). Excellent resistance to oxidation, carburisation, and high-temperature corrosion is offered by this composition. The tubing maintains its mechanical strength up to 1,093°C (2,000°F) and has a tensile strength of roughly 690–760 MPa. Additionally, under extended heat exposure, it shows good metallurgical stability and creep rupture strength. Inconel 617 tubing is perfect for high-stress, high-temperature applications because it is extremely resilient and keeps its structural integrity in both oxidising and reducing environments.

Power generation uses Inconel 617 tubing extensively, especially in high-temperature steam piping, heat recovery systems, and gas turbines. It is used in jet engine parts and exhaust systems in the aerospace sector where resistance to heat and oxidation is essential. It is utilised in reactors, reformers, and furnace tubing that deal with corrosive gases and high operating temperatures in the chemical and petrochemical industries. It is also appropriate for thermal processing equipment, waste incineration systems, and nuclear power plants. When strength, dependability, and corrosion resistance must be maintained in the face of extreme heat, Inconel 617 tubing is the preferred material.
