In Houston, Texas, Elvis Nickel Alloys is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Inconel 601 Pipes, providing premium piping solutions designed to withstand high temperatures and corrosive service environments. Our Inconel 601 pipes are extensively utilised in a variety of industries, including power generation, thermal treatment, chemical processing, and aerospace, due to their exceptional resistance to oxidation, carburisation, and high-temperature corrosion. We provide seamless and welded pipes in custom sizes and schedules, manufactured in accordance with ASTM, ASME, and other international standards. Elvis Nickel Alloys is dedicated to providing high-performance, precisely engineered pipes that satisfy the exacting requirements of demanding industrial applications.
Nickel (58–63%), chromium (21–25%), and iron (balance) make up the majority of Inconel 601 Pipes. Aluminium (1.0–1.7%) and trace elements are added for improved resistance to high-temperature oxidation. These pipes have outstanding creep rupture strength, tensile strength of 600–750 MPa, and mechanical integrity up to 1,200°C (2,192°F). Additionally, under thermal cycling, Inconel 601 provides robust resistance to scaling, spalling, and stress-corrosion cracking. It is perfect for creating intricate systems that need to be strong, long-lasting, and resistant to corrosion in challenging chemical and thermal environments because of its strong metallurgical structure and good weldability.
