Elvis Nickel Alloys‘ Houston-designed and manufactured Hastelloy manifold valves offer integral flow control and instrumentation in a compact body. These multi-port valves contain several inlet/outlet connections and isolation valves within a single block with minimal leak paths and external piping. Constructed with solid Hastelloy , they are built for harsh process environments where precision, reliability, and chemical resistance are essential. Differential pressure transmitters, gauge isolation, and sampling manifolds find our manifold valves suitable to them, which meet the standards of ASME, ANSI, and NACE. These offer dependable, built-in fluid control with easy maintenance and utmost safety.
Made out of instrumentation-grade Hastelloy alloy, our manifold valves contain around 57% Ni, 15% Mo, and 16% Cr, with iron and tungsten added for strength. This alloy provides excellent resistance to oxidizers, reducers, chlorides, and hot acids. It shows tensile strength of 100–120 ksi, yield strength of 40–60 ksi, and elongation of 30–40%. Valves made from machined solid bar or block stock and solution-annealed possess outstanding dimensional stability, fatigue resistance, and sealing integrity in cyclic pressure and temperature stresses. The material provides long-term corrosion resistance in multi-fluid port configurations.
