Elvis Nickel Alloys is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of Hastelloy forgings, Houston, USA. We are experts in manufacturing precision-forged components of high-performance Hastelloy alloys meeting the most stringent industrial requirements. Our forgings come in different shapes and sizes such as discs, rings, blocks and special forms, created to operate under harsh temperature and corrosive conditions. With state-of-the-art forging techniques and stringent quality control, we provide exceptional grain structure, strength, and reliability. These forgings find extensive application in chemical processing, marine, power generation, and aerospace industries where corrosion resistance and durability are a matter of utmost priority
Our Hastelloy forgings are largely produced from alloys like Hastelloy C-276, C-22, and B-2. These have high nickel contents (up to 60%), along with molybdenum, chromium, and iron, which impart unparalleled resistance to potent oxidizing and reducing agents. Mechanical properties are tensile strength of 100–125 ksi, yield strength of 40–60 ksi, and elongation of 30–45%. These forgings retain toughness and structure under conditions of extreme stress, temperature, and pressure. Heat-treated and solution-annealed according to ASTM B564, they perform outstandingly in static and dynamic conditions.

Hastelloy forgings find wide usage in high-strength, corrosion-resistant applications in industries. Typical uses are pump shafts, flanges, reactor parts, impellers, and valve bodies in chemical processors. Their resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking, and crevice corrosion makes them best suited for application in offshore oil platforms, marine components, and pollution control systems. In the aerospace industry, they find applications in high-temperature turbine components and structural parts. Their higher mechanical strength also qualifies them for pressure vessels and heat exchangers in harsh media like hydrochloric acid, sulfur-containing compounds, and chlorine environments.
