Elvis Nickel Alloys supplies premium Hastelloy fasteners from Houston, engineered for structural integrity in the harshest chemical and marine environments. Our product range includes bolts, nuts, washers, screws, studs, and specialty fasteners, all crafted from corrosion-resistant Hastelloy alloys such as C-22 and C-276. Used for critical assemblies, our fasteners undergo testing for mechanical strength, precision threads, and resistance to corrosion. Suitable for high-pressure vessels, reactors, and platforms for offshore use, these fasteners perform when stainless steel does not. We offer fasteners in standard sizes and can make them according to your precise load and application needs.
Our Hastelloy fasteners are made from nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, primarily C-22 and C-276 grades. These fasteners provide excellent resistance to acids, chlorides, oxidizing and reducing agents. They have the general composition of 57% nickel, 16% molybdenum, 15% chromium, and traces of tungsten and iron. Their mechanical properties are tensile strength of 100–125 ksi, yield strength approximately 40–55 ksi, and elongation more than 30%. The heat treatment and cold forming process provides close grain structure, improved fatigue life, and mechanical strength in even stressful conditions, meeting ASTM B574 and B574M standards.

Hastelloy fasteners are critical in bolting services where common alloys corrode or get damaged. They find application in flange joints, pressure vessels, tanks, pumps, valves, and piping systems in chemical plants, refineries, wastewater treatment, and marine operations. Ideal for mounting equipment subject to sulfuric, hydrochloric, and phosphoric acid exposures, they offer secure, vibration-resistant fastening. They are also employed in heat exchangers, reactors, pollution control devices, and offshore platforms. Their corrosion resistance and strength minimize the necessity of frequent maintenance, providing safe, long-term structural soundness in thermal cycling and chemical attack.
