Hastelloy C22 Pipes are mainly made up of 58% nickel, 20–22.5% chromium, 12.5–14.5% molybdenum, and 2.5–3.5% iron, with small amounts of tungsten, cobalt, and other elements added to boost corrosion resistance. They boast impressive tensile strength (~690 MPa) and yield strength (~283 MPa), along with excellent elongation (45–55%) and toughness. These pipes are resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, particularly in oxidizing and acidic conditions. Hastelloy C22 also retains its mechanical integrity over a broad temperature range, making it suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure applications.
