Our Duplex Steel S32205 Wire contains around 22% chromium, 5–6% nickel, 3% molybdenum, and nitrogen. The alloy composition increases corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. It has tensile strength of approximately 620 MPa, yield strength of more than 450 MPa, and satisfactory elongation, facilitating ductility and formability. Its duplex microstructure provides excellent workability and corrosion resistance under stress. Duplex wire can tolerate high thermal and mechanical stress and withstands it, which is ideal for weaving, welding, and other fabrication processes that require high performance and reliability for a long time.
