The Beryllium Copper Foil Sheets and Plates we produce are primarily made up of copper (around 98%), with beryllium (1.8–2%) and small amounts of cobalt and nickel added to enhance strength and conductivity. These alloys boast impressive mechanical properties, achieving tensile strengths of up to 1380 MPa (200 ksi) after heat treatment, along with good hardness and exceptional fatigue and wear resistance. When annealed, the material offers excellent formability while maintaining high electrical and thermal conductivity, making it perfect for precision components in demanding environments.
